1. Nature of the Services

Looksi provides a lending infrastructure platform that enables financial institution partners (including digital lenders, fintechs, and mutual banks) to refer declined or out-of-policy mortgage applications to licensed brokers who may be able to assist those customers.

Looksi operates as infrastructure supporting licensed credit activity. It does not itself act as a lender, and does not make credit decisions. All credit activities facilitated through the platform are conducted by appropriately licensed parties.

The information on this Site is of a general nature only and does not constitute financial, credit, legal, or investment advice. Nothing on this Site should be relied upon as a recommendation to enter into any particular financial product or credit arrangement.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by businesses and professionals operating in the financial services industry. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and, where applicable, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the entity you represent.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — is owned by or licensed to Homei Fi Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may access and view the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site or Services to:

Commercial arrangements between Looksi and financial institution partners are governed by separate written agreements. These Terms of Use do not create or imply any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Looksi and any partner.

Any referral of a customer from a partner to Looksi is subject to that customer's informed consent, and is governed by the terms agreed between Looksi and the relevant partner.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homei Fi Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed AUD $100, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
